Status
Description
New tasks

Today
This is where you've sorted tasks that you've decided in your morning sorting you're going to do today. Generally keep this list short to avoice overwhelm or blockage
Upcoming
This means you're getting to them soon, they are your next actions, so you'll be checking to see at the end of each day if you're moving them to today
Later
This is your backlog. You need to check these in your weekly and monthly review so see if anything needs to move to upcoming or today
